Open Source for Business

For reliable software at a low or no cost, open source software and applications can be an effective answer for businesses small or large. You can try it out without having to commit to an initial expense. The software is being continuously improved and maintained: in fact the foundation of the business case for open source is high reliability. There's no need to rely on a single vendor and expensive licences. This workshop will introduce you to open source office programs, website and blogging systems, customer relationship management, community and collaboration software, ecommerce, audio editing, and many more.

Venue:
Round Foundry Media Centre, Foundry Street, Leeds, LS11 5QP
